Thanks for writing this Nikhyl! I have found that even in the most straight forward of cases (public RSUs) there still is a tremendous amount of confusion. Add in the complexities of early stage and pre-public companies and it can become overwhelming. Particularly due to many trying to become instant experts in a single week to attempt to compare competing job offers that straddle different company stages.
